I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, and I believe therapy works best as a partnership — one built on trust, honesty, and a genuine belief in your ability to grow.
My approach
I work in a way that is client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. That means you set the direction, we build on what is already working in your life, and we move at a pace that feels safe. My style tends to be warm and authentic, and I’m not afraid of a little humor — therapy can be serious work without being heavy every minute.
Above all, I see you as the expert on your own experience. I’m here to offer perspective, tools, and steady support as you make sense of what you’re carrying and decide where you want to go.

- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- MA, Clinical Mental Health Counseling — Lesley University.
- BA, Psychology (Public Health concentration) — Bates College.
- Roughly three years of clinical experience.
- Individual therapy with young adults, adults, and seniors.
- Sessions are conducted in English.
